Dr. Young H. Lee, MD, is the Founder and Medical Director of Glow Korean Laser, bringing over four decades of elite clinical expertise and a visionary approach to advanced structural anti-aging. A graduate of the prestigious Kyungpook National University College of Medicine (Class of 1983), Dr. Lee has built a distinguished medical career defined by diagnostic excellence, patient safety, and a deep commitment to systemic health.
As a highly respected physician affiliated with St. Francis Hospital, Dr. Lee has historically been recognized as a leading regional expert in managing complex vascular and neurological conditions, including secondary hypertension and advanced headache therapies. This rigorous background in vascular health and anatomical precision provides him with a unique, sophisticated understanding of skin architecture and facial blood flow—allowing him to hand-select and master the world’s most advanced South Korean and global laser technologies for safe, transformative, and natural-looking results.

Director Assistant & Advanced Laser SpecialistRebekah You, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in advanced laser aesthetic treatments and non-surgical skin rejuvenation. She is dedicated to providing safe, evidence-based care while helping patients achieve natural-looking results through personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual goals and skin concerns.
Rebekah’s areas of expertise include laser hair removal, pigmented lesion treatment, vascular lesion reduction, and skin tightening and lifting with XERF technology. She combines clinical precision with a comprehensive understanding of aesthetic medicine to deliver effective treatments that prioritize both patient safety and optimal outcomes.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Marywood University. As a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), Rebekah remains committed to continuing education and staying current with advancements in aesthetic laser technologies and treatment protocols.

Doctor of Nursing Practice & Advanced Aesthetic ClinicianHanna Kim DNP, ARNP is a highly accomplished Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Seattle Pacific University.
Dr. Kim possesses a diverse clinical foundation spanning critical care within MultiCare Tacoma General’s Emergency Room, Step-down Intensive Care Units, as well as specialized procedural medicine at The Optum (previously The Policlinic).
Driven by a passion for the intersection of medicine and artistry, Dr. Kim transitioned into aesthetic medicine to help clients embrace their personal beauty and boost their self-confidence. As a state-certified Botox injector credentialed by Aesthetic Medical Educators Training (AMET), Dr. Kim combines advanced medical expertise with a precise eye for aesthetics to deliver safe, subtle, and natural-looking results.
