FAQ’s

  • Your $250 monthly membership fee is deposited directly into your GLOW account as real credit. When you check out after your treatment, we simply apply your available balance to the total.

  • Yes! Because your unused credits roll over every month and never expire, you can let your balance accumulate and apply it toward higher-tier services like XERF or REEPOT Spot Removal.

  • GLOW Premium Memberships are available for in-clinic enrollment only. Ask our staff to activate your membership during your next visit, or book a consultation to get started.

  • If you need to cancel, your future $250 monthly charges will stop, but you keep every dollar you've already banked. Your existing account balance remains available for you to use on future treatments at standard retail pricing. (Note: Account balances cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another person).

  • To cancel your GLOW Premium Membership, simply give us a call at 253-961-7546, or email us at contact@glowklaser.com, or let our front desk know during your next visit. We make the process easy and hassle-free.

  • Because memberships are tied to your individual skin journey, your account balance, special treatment pricing, and retail discounts are non-transferable and can only be used by you.

  • If you are receiving a premium treatment like XERF or REEPOT and your banked credit doesn't cover the full amount, we will simply apply your available balance to the total, and you pay the remaining difference at checkout.

  • Yes! Because your membership fee goes directly into your account balance as real credit, you can use it to purchase any of our retail products in the clinic. Plus, as an active member, you automatically receive 10% off all regularly priced skincare items.
