Terms of Service

Welcome to our clinic. By accessing our website, booking appointments, or purchasing service packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Clinical Services & Consultations All treatments, including the Lutronic Hollywood Spectra™, Cynosure Lutronic XERF™, and Clarity II™, require an initial skin consultation and face screening to determine treatment eligibility. We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed clinically unsafe or inappropriate for a client.

2. Package Purchases, Expirations & Refund Policy Package pricing is offered at a special discounted rate and is subject to the following strict guardrails:

  • 3-Session Packages: All sessions must be utilized within six (6) months of the purchase date. Refund requests for unused sessions will only be honored within this 6-month window.

  • 5-Session Packages: All sessions must be utilized within nine (9) months of the purchase date. Refund requests for unused sessions will only be honored within this 9-month window.

  • 6-Session Packages: All sessions must be utilized within twelve (12) months (1 year) of the purchase date. Refund requests for unused sessions will only be honored within this 12-month window.

  • Partial Refund Structure: In the event of an approved partial refund for an incomplete package, any completed sessions will automatically default to and be retroactively billed at our standard, full single-session retail rate. The remaining balance, minus this standard rate adjustment, will be issued back to the original form of payment. No refunds or account credits will be issued under any circumstances after the respective 6, 9, or 12-month expiration dates have passed.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy We value your time and our providers' schedules. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of a package session or a late cancellation fee.
