Most clients achieve optimal, long-lasting results within 6 sessions, spaced roughly 4 to 6 weeks apart. We offer a discounted 6-Session Package to help you complete your full treatment cycle seamlessly.

We offer a rolling refund window to give our clients flexibility. You can request a refund for unused sessions up to 6 months from purchase for 3-packs, 9 months for 5-packs, and 12 months (1 year) for 6-packs. Please note that if a partial refund is approved, any completed sessions will be retroactively billed at our standard, non-discounted single-session retail rate, and the remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method.

For your safety, you must avoid direct sun exposure, tanning beds, and fake/spray tanners for at least 2 weeks prior to a Hollywood Spectra or Clarity II™ session. Lasers target pigment, and treating tanned skin increases the risk of superficial burns or hyperpigmentation. If you have active sun exposure, we will safely reschedule your treatment session.m description

Please clean-shave the target area 12 to 24 hours before your appointment. Do not wax, pluck, thread, or use chemical depilatories for 4 weeks leading up to your session, as the laser requires the root of the hair follicle to be intact to destroy it effectively.scription
